Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing PayPettles.com account. There may be more then one account per household, however each individual must access their account using a different computer, different isp & have a different ip address then another household member.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your PayPettles account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by PayPettles.com be detected, it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation referral for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

PayPettles.com. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up. You agree That PayPettles.com is not a free site to join and you also agree to receive e-mail advertising from PayPettles.com. limited to no more than (300) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from PayPettles.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

There is a vacation setting for members that can not for whatever reason receive emails and that setting should be used if the member is going to be away for a period of time in which their email could bounce or they can not maintain the activity requirement to maintain membership. Any member needing to place their account on vacation for more than 30 days must email webmistress using contact form to alert the webmistress to their situation. Members must remain active. Members Must Click A Paid Link Once every 30 days to Maintain Membership.

Tests will be ran on a random basis to ensure quality control of our advertiser's adverts. If a member clicks on this test link three times the member's account will be terminated and will forfeit all prior/current and future earnings. The use of any type of Software that allows the paid links to be extracted is not allowed. Any member caught using these softwares will have their account terminated immediately

IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD, SYSTEM ABUSE, USE OF CHEATING SOFTWARE OR ANY TYPE OF ACTIVITY DEEMED TO BE INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL BY PayPettles.com BE DETECTED YOU WILL NO LONGER BE COVERED BY THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND HEREBY AGREE THAT PayPettles.com HAS THE RIGHT TO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS (NAME, IP ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, PAYMENT INFORMATION, ETC.) TO OTHER PROGRAM OWNERS IN THE SAME INDUSTRY


Relationship of the Parties:

You and PayPettles.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and PayPettles.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of PayPettles.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

PayPettles.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or PayPettles.com program, even if PayPettles.com administators has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PayPettles.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Paid To Promote:

Paid-to-Promote is a bonus for Active Members ONLY! ONLY ACTIVE MEMBERS will be allowed to earn from the Paid-to-Promote feature.

All Paid-to-Promote advertising must be done on Approved Sites. Members or site owners may request approval at our HelpDesk or on our Forums. Please check the approved list prior to advertising your PTP link. If you advertise on a site not on the approved list, you will not receive credit for hits made to your page.

Searches:

Only members from the following countries may perform searches. ( Austria, Austrailia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugul, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, & United States)

If you are found to have "search" checked in your profile (and are NOT from one of the above mentioned countries), your account will be terminated. All earnings & referrals will be forfieted. NO EXCEPTIONS

Payments:

Members may earn cash in exchange for paid to click solo ads for visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by PayPettles Admin. Members will be paid via PayPal, & E-Gold. PayPettles.com admin will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by the owners of PayPettles.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 60 days or a reasonable time after.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with PayPettles.com and may result in legal prosecution. PayPettles.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. PayPettles.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. PayPettles.com legal representative's will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
